The holidays and vacation packages prices you may have seen on our website skyholidays.com or by e-mail, are not live. Although prices and availability are updated very regularly, holidays, flights, hotels and cars are subject to availability and prices can change at any time. When you make a search on our web site for a specific vacation package, we will then check the live availability and price with the airline, hotel and car rental company. Therefore please allow for changes to occur before your final price is confirmed.

Your Credit card will be charged with the full amount at the time of booking. Most of our packages include non-refundable airline tarifs, therefore we urge you to protect yourself with one of our cancellation protection programs. Once the package is booked there will be no refund possible. See booking page for full details or your reservation. Homepage pricing includes all applicable online discounts and on the final booking page you will see the total price to pay.  Vacation Package 'From' prices on the homepage are in your selected currency per person and from the nearest departur point to destination.  

Official Ratings & Tour Operator Ratings Tour Operator's usually have their own ratings for when they assess accommodation unless otherwise stated. The rating's that are shown on our website are the Tour Operator's own ratings and are an attempt to give a guide to the overall quality of properties. Tour Operator's universal ratings are usually based on the views taken from customer feedback and of senior managers. Where applicable, official ratings are given by the authorities in the country, and do tend to give a fair impression of relative standards within that country. However, different countries have different standards; so don't assume that a 3-star hotel in one country is equivalent to a 3-star hotel in another.
